While en route to another roadside dispatch, a Vanguard Roadside technician came upon a stranded motorist near Paris, Kentucky where law enforcement was already on scene providing assistance. Our technician stopped, made contact, and asked whether additional roadside help was needed.
After receiving confirmation from the motorist, the technician stepped in to complete the tire service, removed the damaged flat tire, and installed the customer’s serviceable spare. The vehicle was then returned to a safe, road-ready condition so the motorist could continue their trip.
